These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service. By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.

TERMS OF SERVICE

“MyGamingLounge” is a site that provides services. You accept the full risk of your service getting disabled/banned in case of any violation to the terms of your service. You accept the full risk of purchasing an email/account. If the hosting limits or in any way revoke your account MYGAMINGLOUNGE will not replace or refund for that account/service.

SERVICE ACCEPTANCE

When you purchase a service from us, you should provide us with the correct information. When you start using the services provided by us, it constitutes full acceptance in terms of delivery of the service. If your service is not as advertised, please contact us before using those services or else any kind of refund or replacement will be null and void.

In case we agree upon a refund for a particular service, we will only pay the amount that you have paid to us for that service other then that we are not liable to pay for your additional expenses that you might have personally spent on that service

MARKETPLACE TERMS

User-Generated Content and Listings: Users who sign up and list their services on our platform are responsible for the accuracy and legality of their listings. MGL-Services does not endorse or assume liability for any content posted by users. 

Sale contracts: All Sale Contracts are strictly made between the relevant Seller and the relevant Buyer to the full and absolute exclusion of MGL Services. MGL Services makes no representation and/or warranty of any kind as to the Goods and/or Services and MGL Services shall not be made liable or responsible to you in any manner whatsoever for any costs, loss, damages, claims, fines, penalties, liabilities and/or expenses howsoever arising from the Sale Contract, including without limitation for any negligence, delay, failure, fault and/or breach on the part of the relevant Seller or Buyer.

The Buyer acknowledges that there is a risk that the relevant developer may modify the Buyer’s account and its content from purchases made by the Buyer via the Platform and MGL Services shall not be held liable in any manner whatsoever in such circumstances. For the avoidance of doubt, all Goods and/or Services are offered by the relevant third party Seller and MGL Services is merely the facilitator for the sale of such Goods and/or Services by permitting the listing, display and offering of such Goods and/or Services, and the facilitating the conclusion of any resulting Sale Contract on the Platform. As such, MGL Services has no control over the quality, safety, morality or legality of any aspect of the items listed, the truth or accuracy of the listings. MGL Services is not obliged to conduct pre-screening on users. MGL Services cannot guarantee that a Buyer or Seller will actually complete a transaction.

Service Fees and Payouts: While you can start for free, we charge a flat 8% fee per transaction once you get paid. Review our list of packages to select one that suits your sales volume.

Dispute Resolution: We are committed to resolving any disputes that may arise from transactions on our platform. Users are encouraged to contact us through our support channels for assistance.

Prohibited Activities: Users are prohibited from posting content or engaging in activities that violate any laws or regulations. MGL-Services reserves the right to remove any content that breaches these terms.

Termination of Service: We reserve the right to terminate the accounts of users who violate these terms or engage in fraudulent or harmful activities.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

Please note that all the products, images, and trademarks used here are the property of their respective owners. MyGamingLounge is a property of MGL and is subject to Trademark  Any violation may lead to the legal action.

REFUND POLICY

  • By agreeing to these terms and conditions one simply accepts that there is no physical delivery required and the product is virtual items, he or she is content with the product bought by him/her and won’t charge back anytime in near future. In case of any problem with account details simply contact us
  • Refunds are not applicable at all once the purchase is made and person has already used the services. However, the buyer can ask for replacement of his services within 12 hours of purchase only if there is a valid reason such as the services were not given as advertised. Refunds are only applicable if the services are untouched from client’s side and there is some issue in providing the services (from our side) which is reported right after placing the order within 12 hours. MyGamingLounge holds to right to cancel any refunds or replacements or re-issue of services 
  • Once the service is used, the buyer is not eligible to ask for a refund or replacement
  • The replacement will be issued only in case the services are not as per the description mentioned on the product page however if the services have been utilized by the buyer, the buyer is not eligible to ask for a refund
  • In the case of an account being compromised or locked, the customer must notify us as soon as possible so we can try recovering the account within the next three business days once the complaint has been received. We will not be held accountable if the compromised account gets a ban
  • Any account purchased from us and is banned due to any illegal activity used by the end-user will not be entertained by us for any kind of refund/replacement or support
  • We will not be responsible for any account sold by the end-user to any other person.
  • We don’t buy back our accounts once sold
  • Customers are responsible for reading the product description and read carefully what they are purchasing. Once a product/service is purchased, Mygaminglounge is not liable to provide a replacement or refund and “item not as described” or “Product unacceptable” will not be entertained by us and it will be completely null & void
  • Customers are solely responsible for the safety of their debit/credit/visa/master cards and their PayPal account. MyGamingLounge cannot be held responsible for any kind of “unauthorized transaction” made from the customer’s card or Paypal account and is not liable to pay any compensation or subject to an unauthorized chargeback
  • Customers are responsible for providing their proper email address. If they fail to provide the proper email address and provide other email address then mygaminglounge cannot be held responsible for the unsuccessful delivery of the digital product/service and “item not received” will not be entertained by us and it will be completely null & void
  • Refunds and chargebacks are not allowed and won’t be entertained after you purchase our digital products
  • Any dispute raised by the customer without contacting us through our support channels or after 12 hours of delivery, we are not liable to entertain them and we are not liable to pay or give any kind of refund on chargebacks
